OBITUARY

Myles Nelson Fullom

It is with a broken heart and sadness that we the family of Myles Nelson Fullom announce his passing on April 19, 2021 just three days before his 64th birthday. Myles was a hard worker from the age of 16 and worked first as a deckhand and soon became a wheelman for Algoma Central Corporation. He was also was a longstanding member of the Seafarers International Union. While home, Myles enjoyed spending time in his garden and with his best friend and four legged companion Gabby. Myles is survived and will be deeply missed by his mother Lila Fullom, son Terry Walker, brother Ernest (Bev) of Bras d’Or, sisters Dale (Leonard) MacLean and Bernadette (Wilson) Plowman of Florence as well as a number of nieces and nephews, numerous grandchildren, aunts Josephine ‘Sis’, Esther and Nina and uncle Rick (Mary Clair). Myles was predeceased by his step dad George Dawe, sister-in-law Josephine, godparents, aunts Mary, Edith and Deborah and uncles Steven, Eddy and John Joe. There will be no service at this time. Myles cremated remains will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s cemetery in Little Bras d’Or at a later date.
