Wendy Faye Thomson

Wendy Faye Thomson passed away peacefully at Taigh na Mara on August 19, 2023. Born on April 24, 1947, Wendy was the youngest daughter of the late Isabel (Scott) and Thomas Thomson of Sydney Mines. Wendy was also predeceased by her sisters Isabel (Sheldon) Erickson, Adelaide (Wally) King and brother James (Violet) Thomson. Wendy is survived by her sister Jessie (Mel) Covey, brother Roy (Bernice) Thomson and numerous nieces and nephews. Wendy grew up on Atlantic Street in Sydney Mines, a beautiful neighbourhood where Wendy enjoyed the company of many good friends. Wendy's family is grateful for the exceptional care and compassion shown to her by the staff of Taigh na Mara. A private family celebration of Wendy's life will be held on August 31st. Interment will take place in Brookside Cemetery, Sydney Mines.
