It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Aletha Jane Nowlan, 58 of Sydney, formerly of Fredericton, NB , passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born in Fredericton, NB she was the daughter of Ruth (Hartley), Fredericton and the late Manny Nowlan.
She is survived by her daughter April Dawn Crossman, Fredericton; sons Gerry (Martha) Crossman, Membertou, Ronald Crossman, Vancouver, BC; sisters Ada (Orick) Hayes, Nellie (Jerry) Crossman, Alice Doiron; brother Fred Nowlan; granddaughters Faith Lynn Crossman and Hope Brooklyn Crossman, both of Fredericton and step grandson Kale Gould, Membertou.
