It is with profound sadness that we the family of Allan Joseph Paul, 59, the son of the late Peter and Bella (Peck) Paul, announce the sudden loss of our father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friends on March 25, 2024.
Allan started working in the woods at the young age of 11 and there he developed a strong work ethic. It was working as a lumberjack and his love for nature that earned him the name, Pulpman. He loved being outdoors, in the woods, camping and exploring on his ATV. He was also well known for his sense of humour.
Left to mourn are his children Amy, Bella, Shane and Melani and his only grandson Charlie Jax, his sisters Alice Francis, Shirley, Margaret, Judy Sark (Keith) and Cecilia as well as his special companion Karen. He also leaves his only living aunt Jean Peck, godchildren Maria and Annie, special nieces and nephews, godmother Gloria Clair and special friends Fred Marshall, Dobit Marshall, Weldon Patles, Tommy Stevens and Albert J. Marshall.
Allan was predeceasd by his sisters Barbara Cremo, Mary Paul-Green, brother Allister, niece Audrey Cremo, nephews Aaron and Lewis, godfather Abraham Paul and godchild Nilan Joe as well as several aunts and uncles.
Visitation for Allan will start at 7pm on Monday, April 8 at the Gabriel Centre in Eskasoni. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 10 at 10:30am at Holy Family Church, 50 Gabriel St., Eskasoni. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family by visiting www.twcurry.com.
