Dear Helen and Family

Judy and I were deeply saddened at Donnie passing. Donnie and I shared a lot of fun and jokes over the years. We played more games of Tarbish together at our place and yours and the Westmount Fire Hall, many. many great memories. Donnie will be missed by so many people and family.
Love, John and Judy.

There are no words to express our loss, Donnie was a great brother and had a fabulous sense of humor. Our heartfelt love and prayers go out to his lovely wife Helen and the rest of the family.

Donnie was always there to help anyone that needed it and before he took ill he spend a great deal of time volunteering at Loaves and Fishes and the Salvation Army.

Donnie will be missed by so many people . He was devoted to his faith and now he is in Heaven with God reaping his reward for all his good works.

Donnie will be fondly remembered for his delicious oatcakes and his moonshine... he made oatcakes for me on a number of occasions, but he would never give me the recipe. And he always offered Simon a wee nip of shine when we visited (which was his excuse to have some too !) He was quite a character and he'll be missed.
