John Allan MacMullin

Jackie was the son of the late John Dan and Elizabeth MacMullin. Born in Sydney, he spent the majority of his years in Boisdale. He is survived by his immediate family, Lee MacMullin, their son Brad (Rebecca), who reside in Phoenix, AZ, and his sister Florence in Edmonton. He is pre-deceased by his brother Leonard (Phylis) in London Ontario and Arlene (Glenn) in Sydney. He also is survived by his nieces and nephews, including Terrance, Debbie, Laverne , Nicole, Johnathan, Kevin, Junior, Chris, Patrick, Matthew and Brennan, and their families.

Jackie spent much of his working life in sales including Lynch’s Bakery in his early years, and then later spent many years in a variety of roles at the Sydney Steel Company. He loved his Maple Leafs and Blue Jays, often shared his feelings on politics that certainly cannot be shared in this space, and often brought the community of Boisdale and its volunteer fire department together with one of his ‘controlled burns’.
