Lauria's adventurous spirit took her to Boston in her younger years, where she created lifelong memories with family and friends that will forever be treasured. In Boston, she found joy in shaping young minds as a kindergarten teacher, a passion she continued to nurture as a daycare worker in Membertou. Yet, her greatest legacy lies in the love and care she poured into her grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews who adored her as their go-to babysitter. Her warmth, kindness and devotion earned her a special place in their hearts and they loved her with all their might.
Lauria was a pillar of strength and love for her family. Her spunky personality, laughter and unwavering devotion will be deeply missed. Though her suffering has ended, her legacy of love and joy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
