What can we say about our Mother?
 
We can say she was as ever-ready as the immortalized bunny!
 
She was ever-ready to give advice whether needed or not!
 
She was ever-ready to give an opinion and an ultimatum - at the same time!
 
She was ever-ready to give help without question or compensation!
 
But most of all... she was ever-ready to give LOVE and support ... with no strings attached!
 
Yes, MOM was {as we all are} like a line from the song, "The Pilgrim", 'she was partly truth and partly fiction, taking every wrong direction on her weary way back home..I say partly because unlike the line from the song she never took a wrong direction on her weary way back home.  
 
Her strong, unwavering Catholic ideals and beliefs kept her on a one-way straight up direction to a God she loved and worshipped every single day.
 
So MOM, from all of us who will always love you - have a wonderful journey back home.

So sorry to read about the passing of your Mom.  I haven't seen her for years but it reminded me of the many times I spent in her home with Eileen.  She always made everyone feel so welcomed.  I have lost touch with your family over the years but I hope everyone is happy and in good health.  Thinking of you at this difficult time. To the Bragg family,
I am so sorry to learn of your loss.  I've always had a soft spot in my heart for Mrs. Bragg and a huge amount of respect  for her stamina and good humour that shone even in the darkest times.  She was like a second mom to me growing up with Eileen and I loved being in her home because it was a place full of life and love and laughter - and home baked goodies!  I continued to visit her long after we had all grown up and moved on and she always had a warm welcome and a cup of tea ready to sit and catch up on all the news.  A dear, dear lady who will always be remembered for her boundless capacity to love.  She personified light and love.

 We spent many a day over a cup of tea remembering the old days and laughing about all the fun you had raising nine children.
I will fondly remember the many hunting missions you sent me on when an earring or rosary went missing. I know now that you have found your own way to heaven.

I am so sad to hear of your Mother's passing. She was like a second Mom to all of us growing up. We spent more time cooking in her kitchen, making french fries and boiled icing for homemade chocolate cake than we did in our own kitchen at home. I am so glad that Mom, Elaine and I got to see her in New Waterford this summer for a visit when we were home.  Marg dear, we will miss you. Thinking of you all at this sad time. Love Joanie
