It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Thomas Noel Julian, age 46. Thomas died peacefully at home on November 19, 2016.

Born in Boston, Mass, he was the son of the late Gilbert and Shirley (Francis) Julian.

Toeback was known for being kind, humble and helped as many people as he could. He was affectionately known as Uncle Toeback.

He is survived by his daughters Justice, Eskasoni and Kyera, Indian Brook; stepson Corey, Eskasoni; sister Beverley McDonald, Boston; uncles Abraham, Eskasoni; Vincent, Indian Brook; Edward, Eskasoni; Ekkian (Becky), Indian Brook; godfather/uncle Donald(Germaine) Francis Sr., Eskasoni and godchild Garrett.

He was predeceased by the mother of his children Renee Marshall; brothers, Frank and John, godmother, Madeline Morris, uncles, Tom Julian, John Julian; aunts Caroline and Peggy, uncles Edgar, Danny and George.

Visitation for Mr. Julian will begin after 7 pm on Saturday, November 26 at his residence 4650 Shore Road, Eskasoni. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Monday at Holy Family Church with Fr. Martin MacDougall officiating. Interment in the parish cemetery.
