Barbara Houser EppersonSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Barbara Houser Epperson, 73, will be Monday, March 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Donald Grice and Rev. Donnie Blackmon officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.Mrs. Epperson died Friday, March 9, 2012 at her residence. She was a member of Unity Free Will Baptist Church in Sylacauga where she served as Sunday School secretary. She was preceded in death by her son, Dennis Harold Chandler; daughters, Betty Jones and Janice Epperson; parents Eddie M. and Sadie Houser; and sister, Grace Stewart.  She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Charles Epperson; sons, Marshall Eddie Chandler and Leslie Scott Chandler; daughters, Misti Leigh Payne and Brenda Griffith; sister, Adelaide Mayfield; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, March 11, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Dakota Pelfrey, Jerry Payne, Chris Payne, Aaron Chandler, Chris Hill, Daniel Hill and Don Griffith.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
