Alexander City, AL - Funeral service for Billy Wayne Alexander, 77, will be Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Tommy Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL .
Mr. Alexander passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 surrounded by his family. He was married to his loving wife Linda for 56 years. He was a loving husband, father to five children, grandfather to 12 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Mr. Alexander was strong in his faith and loved his Lord and Savior.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Alexander; two sons, Michael Alexander wife Lisa , Mark Alexander wife Carmen; three daughters, Lynne Alexander, Kathy White husband Matt, and Debbie Alexander; 12 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
