Funeral service for Chance Lee Fields, age 17, of Sylacauga will be Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 11AM at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. Freddie Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at County Line Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, January 6, 2017 from 5-9PM at the funeral home. Chance passed away on January 4, 2017 in Sylacauga. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Harold and Bobbie Lyner. Survivors are his mother: Carisa Lyner (Chris Worthy), father: Roy Fields (Kimberly), brothers: Nathan Fields, Zack Hurst, Tyler Hurst, Brandon Hurst, sister: Kayla Hurst, Grandmother: Janice Glasscock (Robert), aunts: Wendy Fields, Vinnie Hughes, Shanda Johnson, Monica Kelley, Betty Fields, Jennifer Hammonds, uncles: Bruce Jones, Robert Fields, Billy Fields, Leroy Fields, Alvin Lucas and numerous cousins, friends and other family members. Pallbearers are Carisa Lyner, Monica Kelley, Roy Fields, Chris Worthy, DJ Silmon, Jonathan Vanzant, Andrew Smith and Blake Harley.
