Franklin Hall

Funeral service for Franklin Calvin Hall, age 80, of Sylacauga will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 10AM at Eastside Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Marble City Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, January 27, 2017 from 530-8PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel.

Mr. Hall passed away on January 25, 2017 at Sylacauga Health and Rehab.

He was preceded in death by his parents: James Calvin Hall and Mary Eunice Hall, brothers: Olan, Murray, Jerry and Doug Hall and sister: Terri Jones. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, retired from American Color Graphics after 33 years and served in the US Army during the Korean war. Mr. Hall was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Survivors are his wife of 58 years: Patricia Ann Hall, daughter: Star Hall Sherum, brother: Bobby Joe Hall, sisters: Mary Emma Thompson, Ucola Bibbee, 2 grandchildren: Chris Sherum, Angel Sanders and 4 great grandchildren: Caleb Sherum, Zack Sanders, Colton Sherum and Kaegan Sanders.

Pallbearers will be James Wesley Saffold, Dan Jackson Saffold, Glen Saffold, James Malvin Saffold, Donnie Lackey and Roger Sherum, honorary pallbearers are Jeremy Sanders and Buddy Thornton.
