Gene "Babe" Ham

Babe is survived by his wife, Margaret Ann Ham; step-son David Shaddix (Mary Beth); step-daughters Patti Farha (Eric); and Amy Pifer; and 5 grandchildren.

Babe was preceded in death by his brothers Wayne Ham and Tommy Ham.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Hanover Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Johny Camp, Eric Farha , Matt Ham, Dr. Steve Bowen, Darrell Winslow and John Wheeler.

He was the owner of Ham Auto Parts in Sylacauga and served as president of the Independent Business Association for many years. He loved politics, and was an avid golfer who loved all his golfing buddies.
