Mary Carolyn WatkinsSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Mary Carolyn Watkins, 89, will be Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Rev. Tim Teague officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.Mrs. Watkins died Monday, August 19, 2013 at her residence. She was a member of First Church of God and was also a member of the Sylacauga Beautification Council for many years.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She volunteered at the Care House for 11 years.  She loved helping others and was loved by many.She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Keith Watkins; daughters, Carol Diegel and Sharon Perkins, husband Bobby; granddaughters, Shannon Hernandez, husband Fabian and Lydia Diegel; grandson, Keith Henley, wife Anastacia; brother-in-law, Kenneth Watkins, wife Bonnie and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 21, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.The family will accept flowers or contributions may be made to the Care House, P.O.
