Sylacauga, AL. - Patricia Owsley, age 69, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
Patricia is survived by her son, Cameron Owsley; sister, Deborah Baggett; brother, Victor Rushing; step-son, Curtis Owsley (Kathy); step-daughter, Delores Owsley Bellanger (Ty); and numerous grandchildren.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Annie Bell Rushing; husband, Duel Owsley; step-son, Ken Owsley; and brother Johnny Rushing.
A visitation for Patricia will be held Monday, September 22, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
Patricia will be laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 1501 Talladega Highway, Sylacauga, AL 35150.
