Mr. Perry Ellis Jacks age 62 of Clanton passed away on January 15, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services for Mr. Jacks will be on Tuesday January 17, 2012 at Concord Baptist Church at 11AM. Mr. Jacks will lie in state at the church from 10-11AM. Visitation will be on Monday January 16, 2012 at Curtis and Son North Chapel from 5-8PM. Rev. Doug Powell will officiate the service. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery. Survivors are Wife; Debra Maddox Jacks of Clanton, Al. Sons; Adam Wesley Jacks of Clanton, Doug (Glenda) Jacks of Sylacauga. Step-son; James Darrell Bice of Clanton, Daughters; Kelley Jacks of Childersburg, Lesa Jacks of Weogufka. Sisters: Eloise Webber of Sylacauga, Myrtis (Jimmy) Pope of Weogufka, Mary Ann (Jimmy) Thornton of Sylacauga, Evelene Floyd of Sylacauga and Diane (Michael) Dew of Sylacauga. Five Grandchildren. Pallbearers are Scottie Lovelady, Russell Thornton, Chris Maddox, Mike Maddox, Darrell Bice, Eddie Collier, Jeremy Wyatt. Curtis and Son North Chapel will direct the service.
