Richard Howell Shierling

Funeral service for Richard Howell Shierling, age 55 of Alpine, will be Sunday, February 14, 2021 at 2PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. Mike Frost officiating. Burial will follow at Tallasahatchie Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 5-8PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Shierling passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his father: John Shierling and brother: Stephen Shierling. He was a member of Papertown Baptist Church, he loved the Lord and his family and friends. He enjoyed racing dirt cars at Talladega Dirt Track and working on different things.

He is survived by his mother: Brenda Shierling, brothers: James Shierling, Gene Shierling, Norman Shierling and sister: Teresa Shierling.

Pallbearers will be Ken Hosey, Daryl Shierling, Ben Lackey, Brandon Lackey, Scott Shierling and David Shierling.
