Robbie Brooks

Robbie is survived by her son Bruce Brooks (Mary); her son Tim Brooks (Sandy); her daughter Toni Hardegree (Matt); her son Rex Brooks (Paula); and her daughter Ginny Valentine; her sister Mary Ella Mizzell (Carey); her grandchildren Wade Brooks, Beth Turner, Will Brooks, Michael Brooks, Joshua Brooks, Matthew Hardegree, Daniel Hardegree, Catherine Hardegree, Camryn Brooks, Connor Brooks, Jon Brooks, and Audrey Valentine, her great grandchildren Sawyer Brooks, Harper Brooks, Marlowe Brooks, Millie Brooks, Brooks Turner, Sam Turner, Emily Turner, Charlotte Brooks, Thea Hardegree, Winston Hardegree, and Leo Hardegree.

Robbie was preceded in death by her husband Mickey Joe Brooks; her father Douglas Lewis Machen and her mother Minnie Mae Machen; her brother D.L. Machen and her brother John Neal Machen.

A visitation for Robbie will be held Monday, September 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM with Bro. Rodney Frost officiating.

Robbie will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery, 1501 Talladega Highway, Sylacauga, AL 35150.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons and her great grandsons will be the honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Robbie's memory may be made to Oldfield Methodist Church; Coosa Valley Hospice; and Coosa Valley Home Health.
