Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Shirley Ann Creel Head, 78, will be Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel with Bro. Donald Grice officiating. Burial will be in Tallasahatchie Cemetery in Alpine, AL.

Mrs. Head died Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvin & Ruby Creel, daughter, Nancy Villalba, sister, Gwendolyn Graham, brother, Charles Creel, and grandson, Casey Villalba.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Gerald) Caldwell; son, Ben (Misty) Head; three granddaughters, Leslie (A.J.) Price, Carolina Head, Tess Head; two grandsons, Josh Caldwell, Elijah Head; five great-grandchildren, Macey Villalba, Chase Price, Barrett Price, Angel Patterson, Henry Head; and sister, Carolyn Greene.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.
