Graveside for Virgil Heard, age 85, of Fayetteville will be Monday, December 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Greenhill Memorial Gardens.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Martha Heard and daughter, Myra Jo McDaniel.

Mr. Heard, age 85, of Childersburg, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021.

Virgil is survived by his sons, Billy McDaniel, John McDaniel, Randall McDaniel, Jaddy McDaniel, daughter Makayla Stewart, grandchildren Amanda McDaniel, Allison McDaniel, Mallory McDaniel, Trey McDaniel, Clay McDaniel, Carter Stewart and great grandchildren Jace Ogle, John Granger McDaniel and Orean McDaniel.

Serving as pallbearers will be Allen Casaday, David Casaday, Darrell Williams, Drew Scott, Cory Shurette, Trey McDaniel and Honorary pallbearer is Homer Hamilton, Jr..
