Sylacauga, AL. - Vivian Hebson, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
Vivian is survived by her son, Glen Hebson; grandchild, Conner Hebson (Kaley): brother, Buddy McDaniel (Debbie) and her numerous nieces and nephews.
Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, James Ross Hebson; granddaughter, Kayla Hebson: and her parents, Sam and Evelyn McDaniel.
A loving woman, devoted to Christ and her family. Special love for animals, especially cats. She was a straight shooter that had no filter, and wasn’t scared to stand up in what she believed in. Despite being head-strong, she never met a stranger and showed love and compassion to everyone she met. She was very old-fashioned, independent, and courageous. Nobody will forget Vivian and all the positive impact she had on our lives. Even in sickness she would say “Gods taking care of me.” The lord has been with her all her life and now she is safely with him and her family. Mrs. Hebson was a longtime member of Unity Freewill Baptist Church.
A visitation for Vivian will be held Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 3:00 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 1501 Talladega Highway, Sylacauga, AL 35150 with Bro. Ronnie Snyder officiating.
