Mr. Hammons died Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.He is survived by his sister, Judy Thomason, husband Jim, of Cullman; daughters, Nicole Hammons of Sylacauga and Leslie Drinnon of Morristown, TN; grandson, Brian Barnett; granddaughters, Jaelyne Drinnon and Mackenzie Drinnon; nieces, Mandy Flynt and Denise Moore; great-nephew, Will Flynt and great-niece, Avery Flynt.
