Marjorie Waters Royal

Sylvania –Marjorie Waters Royal, age 85, passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2014, at Syl-View Health Care in Sylvania. She was born in Screven County, GA, was retired from Warnaco, where she worked as a supervisor and was a member of McDonald Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband: James Lee Royal; Parents: Hollis & Creola Bassett Waters.

Survivors: Sons and Daughters-In-Law: Larry & Diane Royal and Charles & Debra Royal, all of Sylvania; Grandchildren: Mary Beth R. Webb of Statesboro, GA, Emily R. Osako of Rincon, GA, Brice Royal, Amanda R. Dickey and Brandi Royal, all of Sylvania; Great-Grandchildren: Caleb Collins, Emma Webb, Ella Webb, Luke Osako, Kaylee Osako and Mason Dickey; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Visitation: Sunday, July 6, 2014 at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: Monday, July 7, 2014, at 11:00 AM at McDonald Baptist Church with Pastor George Pevey, Dr. Jack Gatlin and Rev. Roan Powell officiating. Burial in McDonald Baptist Church Cemetery. She will lie in state at the church from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
