Beloved mother of Francis (Tracy ) and Justin (Danielle).
Loving grandmother of Julia, Natalie, Tess and Theodore.
Cherished girlfriend of Dan.
A funeral mass for Concetta will be held Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Edward Confessor RC Church, 205 Jackson Ave, Syosset, New York 11791.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Ocean Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
