Elizabeth passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones. Elizabeth, fondly known as Betty, had many passions including singing in the church choir, studying genealogy, gardening and rug hooking. She is predeceased by her husband Arthur, son Jeffry, and son-in-law Antonio. She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Ann, and grandchildren Matthew (Elizabeth) and Lauren.
Visitation for Elizabeth will be held Friday, February 28, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Beney Funeral Home, 79 Berry Hill Road, Syosset, NY 11791. A funeral service will occur Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Community Church of Syosset, 36 Church St, Syosset, NY 11791. A burial to follow on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Brookville Cemetery, Northern Blvd, Glen Head, NY 11545.
