Dear Esthercita, Carmenchu and Jose Ramon:

We have lost an amazing woman who did everything in good taste. She had such elegance and candid heart for those who suffered that it will be very difficult to live without her. To me she was a like a mother, and helped me in all the details of my two boys.
Everything she did with her hands was perfect. Very artistic and loved her guitar and composed many songs. We spent 24 Christmas eve with her, and the children multiplied by year. There was always a theme , a play, she kind of organized the whole scheme. We later went to midnight mass with some of the babies in their pajamas.
She helped me in decorating my homes, we both shared the same test and her ears were always open for advice and gave me a
lot of comfort, since I lost my mother when I was 13 days old. She is now in heaven with Momo making his famous pastelitos anwe are here praying for her. May the Holy Mother and God be with her as she goes into Heaven. All my love to all who became part of my family. With deepest love, Maria del Carmen Cordova

Dear family,

Esther will always be a beacon of light in my life. She was the nucleus of the entire extended family, the reason why we all got together so many times and for so many years. Always impeccably dressed, hair pulled back, and serenading us with her guitar in the old days. I can still hear her laugh ringing in my ears.

It is a time to celebrate her life and the fond memories we all share because of her great charm and love. I will always have her in my heart and will always think of all of you. She treated us all as her children and will never forget her for that. We are all stronger for having her in our lives.

Esther, Carmen and Jose,
Your mom lived a long and gracious life. She was truly a gallant woman, who will be profoundly missed. My condolence to the your families and relatives. May you reflect on the promise of the God of the Heavens for comfort: “I will change their mourning into exultation. I will comfort them and give them joy instead of their grief." (Jeremiah 31:13b) I give my condolence to all.
