Jack was born on October 28, 1952, in Queens, NY, to parents Jack and Rose Rutigliano. He dedicated his career to working as a florist at the family-owned flower shop, Jack & Rose Florist in Syosset.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sonia Rutigliano, and four children, Daniel, Jason, Jaclyn, and Brittney.
Visitation will be held at Beney Funeral Home, located at 79 Berry Hill Road, Syosset, NY 11791, on February 2, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on February 3, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church, located at 205 Jackson Ave, Syosset, NY 11791, on February 4, 2026, from 9:45 am to 10:30 am.
Entombment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum, located at 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735, from 11:00 am to 11:45 am.
Jack will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.
