Gary L. Busby, of Syracuse, passed away on Monday at Upstate Medical Center. He was born in Claxton, Georgia and lived in Syracuse for 45 years. Gary was employed by various janitorial services and also worked as a painter. He loved his family and friends. Gary’s hobbies included playing cards, being with family and friends, joking and laughing.
Survivors: Ruby Dixon, Jessie (Al) Green, Mary (Jr) Mercer, Brenda (Ralph) Kirkland; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. He loved them all.
Funeral service: Monday 6 p.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME.
Burial will be in Ogder Mills Cemetery, Reidsville, GA.
Calling hour: Monday 5-6 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street.
