Guy J. Tuori

Guy J. Tuori, 81, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday at St. Camillus Health & Rehabilitation Center. A life resident of Syracuse, Guy retired from GE where he worked for 40 years as a Manufacturing Process Engineer. In his retirement, Mr. Tuori found a passion for painting as his hobby. Many of his pieces are on display at St. Camillus. Predeceased by his wife, Peggy; and his parents, Vito and Santa Tuori.

Guy is survived by his children, Suzanne (Patrick) Leone of Cicero, Sandra (Mark) Tuori-Bell of Constantia, Patricia Tuori of San Francisco, Guy (Anna Maria) Tuori of Cicero, Thomas (Karen Paris) Tuori of Rochester, and Robert Tuori of Ithaca; one sister, Concetta Tuori of Syracuse; grandchildren, Patrick (Laurel) Leone, Guy, Jason, Henry, John Owen, Theo, and Mae Tuori; one great-grandson, Jack Leone.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday 9:15 A.M. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Pompei/St. Peter Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 3-6 P.M. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse.
