

Joseph V. Sauve, 52, of Syracuse passed away Wednesday at his home surrounded by his family. Born in Syracuse, Joe also lived in Dallas Fort Worth Texas for many years before moving back to Syracuse. He worked at Keystone Automotive for 17 years as an inside sales manager. Joe enjoyed going to the St. Lawrence River and Adirondacks where he liked to fish. His greatest joy was cooking for his family. He is survived by his wife of 4 years, Mary Anne Almanzi Sauve; son, Jesse Sauve (fiancé Amanda Alessio); daughter, Bridget Sauve grandson, Joseph Victor Sauve; his parents, Patricia and Paul Campany, Roland Sauve and Liz Bouchard; mother-in-law, Mary Almanzi; brothers, Marc (Tammy) and Michael (Christine) Sauve; nephews, Anthony, John, Joshua, Justin Sauve, Christian, Andrew Volcko and Robert Almanzi; longtime friend, Roger Giuseppetti, his loving dog, Peppino, and many loving relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday 9:15 a.m. at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 10 a.m. in St. Vincent DePaul Church. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park St. Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
