Lincoln M. Howze, 79, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at Veterans Administration Medical Center. Born in Spotts, Alabama, he resided in Syracuse for 61 years. He attended Junior Faucet High School. Mr. Howze retired from the Syracuse D.P.W. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Lutishey (Jones) Howze; daughter, Angel L. Howze of Highpoint, NC; sisters, Essie Howze and Jennie Martin; and brother, Levi Howze.
Funeral services: Saturday 11 a.m. at Tucker Missionary Baptist Church. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Calling hours: Saturday 9-11 a.m. at the church, 515 Oakwood Ave, Syracuse.
