Marietta Riccinto Barnello

Marietta Riccinto Barnello, 84, of Syracuse, passed away Friday. A life resident of Syracuse, she retired from Sackets Clothing Store and also worked at Chapels, Dey Brothers, and Muench Kreuzer Candle Factory. Marietta was a member of the Holy Rosary Society at Blessed Sacrament Church.

Survivors include her two daughters, Linda S. Barnello of Canastota and Janice M. (Thomas) Weimer of N.C.; one son, Peter J. Barnello of S.C.; sisters, Terri Conti of Syracuse and Anne Maywright of FL; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 8:15 a.m. at Farone & Son Funeral Home and 9 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse.
