Carl Little Carl Edwin Wallace

Carl Edwin "Little Carl" Wallace, age 33, a resident of California and a former longtime resident of Taft, Texas passed away Sunday, October 2, 2011. He was born on January 8, 1978 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Carl E. and Maryann Hinderman. Carl was employed as an operator for an answering service in California for several years. He was of the Baptist faith.

Carl is survived by his father, Carl E. Hinderman of Beeville, Texas and Maryann Hinderman of Taft; three brothers: Steven T. Wallace of Aransas Pass, Texas, Royson E. Wallace of Corpus Christi and Andrew W. McClendon of Aransas Pass; two sisters, Shaunta Wallace of Corpus Christi and Lisa Gonzalez of Taft; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, Taft. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eric R. Tarver officiating. Burial will follow at Taft Memorial Park Cemetery.
