

Darlene Tracy Mullens was born on February 2nd, 1943 in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Charley Earl and Armenna Jane Cordray-Rose. She grew up with eight sisters and one brother, Joy, Lois, Sherry, Shirley, Bea, Kay, Glenda, Ronda and Ronnie. She attended school in Norwood, and upon graduating, started her studies at Bacone, University of Tulsa, and Southern Bible . On May 31st, 1958, she married the love of her life, Paul Mullens in Ft. Gibson, OK. Together they raised a family of two sons, Terry Glenn and Steven Allen. She earned her living as the Customer Service Manager of HB Egan Manufacturing. She was dedicated, punctual, and made the company efficient. Most of all she was loved and had treasured her friends at work. Her greatest joy came from caring for her husband, children, grandchildren and extended family. Her grandchildren knew that Grandma would be there, supporting them in all their sporting endeavors. When she was home, you could find her in the kitchen, making the best Indian Tacos, along with pies such as pecan, apple, and raisin pies, and her home canned jelly. She and her husband, Paul, grew and canned all their own vegetables. She had a soft spot for animals and loved her dogs, cats and chickens. She had a green thumb and loved to feed the wild birds. A Christian by faith, Tracy attended the Victory House of Praise. God took his good and faithful servant home from her many labors on Wednesday, February 2, 2022. She was 79 years old and will be greatly missed.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, her mother and father, two sisters, Joy Ogg and Lois Payne, and one great grandchild, Caleesi Eden Mullens.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Paul Mullens of the home, and her sons families, Terry Mullens and wife Shary of Muskogee, and Steve Mullens and wife Deana of Peggs,OK. She leaves her brother and sisters, Sherry Johnson of Ft Gibson., Shirley Cannon of Washington State, Bea Ford and husband Jerry of Ft. Gibson, OK, Kay Phillips and husband Nolen of Ft Gibson, OK, Glenda Day and husband Bob of Muskogee, OK and Ronda Zwirtz and husband Roy of Wagoner, OK. She lives on in her ten grandchildcren, Austin Mullens, Corey Keifer and wife Ashley, Tanner Mullens, Colby Mullens, Hunter Mullens and wife Kaegan, Jake Mullens, Dylan Anderson, and Cory Anderson. She also leaves her great grand babies, Laila Mullens, Jonah Mullens, Cohen Mullens, Conlee Mullens, Callen Mullens, and Barrett Keifer.Many thanks to all of you who have carried us while the last few weeks were so demanding. It is so wonderfully appreciated.
