Heather Dawn Row-Fort was born on November 17th, 1978 in Mesa, Arizona, the daughter of Steven Row and Mary Ann Gregory. She attended and graduated high school then attended college classes at Connor State College. On December 3rd, 2005, she married her best friend and soul mate, Stephen Eugene Fort in Eureka Springs, AR. The next twelve years were devoted to her husband, three daughters and one son. Heather was a homemaker and loved caring for her family, they were everything to her. Whenever she had the chance, Heather was ready to go fishing! She loved the outdoors and camping was always a good time. She loved her many pets, from dogs to cats and even the occasional goat, she was happy to give all of them a home. Heather was wonderfully kind and possessed the most gentle of hearts. She worried about everyone else before herself. When it concerned her children, she always had time to listen to some music, paint their nails, make Halloween costumes or wrap all the Christmas gifts so they would be surprised. She loved life just the way she found it, and was happy with the simple things in life. Her health began to deteriorate, but the smile on Heathers face remained constant. A Christian by faith, the Lord called Heather to her eternal home on Friday, June 23rd, 2017 in Tulsa following a brief illness. She lived the years she had to the fullest and those lucky enough to call her friend have been truly blessed. She was 38 years old.

She is preceded in death by her father, Steven A. Row and her Grannie GG.

Those left to cherish Heather’s memory include her husband of twelve years, Stephen Fort of the home, and her children, Alexandria Kaye Phillips of Tigard, OR, Jaime Jo Dru of the home, Dalton E. Fort of the home, and Hailey Grace Fort of the home. She leaves her mother, Mary Ann Gregory of Hulbert, OK and her brothers and sisters, Elizabeth Row and fiancé Jason Redfearn of Muskogee, OK, Michael E. Moss of Hulbert, OK, Judy and Ciaron Billman of Hulbert, OK, and Steven A. Row Jr. of Mesa, AZ. She also leaves her grandfather J.P. and Ruth Gregory of Vian, OK, her grandmother Evelyn M. Upton Row of Mesa, AZ, Uncle Tommy and Belle Sisco, Aunt Ellen Kilgore, Uncle David Sisco, Uncle Richard and Denise Griffin , Uncle Bob and Jane Row, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends and loved ones.
