Kelly Warren Johnson made his debut in life on December 28, 1970 in Tulsa, OK, the son of Johnny Warren Johnson and Teresa Francine (Lollis) Spence. He grew up with one brother and one sister, Shohn and Alesha. He went on to work various construction jobs as a professional painter for some time.
His true passion in life was for music, discovering a love for rock n’ roll at an early age. He listened to Cinderella to Mötley Crew and everything in between. Although, it was his obsession with KISS that was known by all. He had a full array of KISS t-shirts, memorabilia and albums. As a musician himself, he often was busy keeping his own beat on his electric drum set. He liked to pick around on the guitar and acquired a collection of 17 guitars over his years. He was a fan of the old classic TV shows like Andy Griffith and Walker Texas Ranger and looked forward to any time spent with family. Although a bit on the ornery side, he was a momma’s boy and cherished their many late-night heart-to-heart talks. On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, he took his final bow, passing from this life at the age 54 years old. He will forever be remembered for the humor he brought to those around him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Johnny Warren Johnson.
