Born in Mobile, Alabama, "Anne" spent most of her childhood in Chickasaw, Alabama. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, Anne married Joe Davis White on December 29, 1958.
Together they raised two sons and moved to Tallahassee, Florida in 1973, where they remained until her death.
Anne is survived by her spouse, Joe Davis White, Sr.; son, Joe Davis White, Jr., (Sheila Case White) of Ocala, Florida, son, Spencer Neil White (Lisa Munson White) of Peachtree Corners, Georgia; four grandchildren, Joanna, Mitchell, Avery and Tristan as well as three great-grandchildren, Maverick, Maiko and Callahan; sisters, Betty Crenshaw, Jean Hinton and her brother, Spencer "Jug" Adams.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Spencer Monroe Adams, Jr., and Christine Naomi Baldo Adams and her sister Sumner Graham.
A private family service will be performed at a later date.
