He served in the U.S. Airforce, worked 25 years for IBM in Huntsville, AL and Tallahassee FL. After retirement he and his wife relocated to Crawfordville, FL.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters Gaynell, Sybil and Betty; one brother, Robert Webb and son, Steven Eugene Webb.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara Elaine Webb; one sister, Mildred LeRoy, Jasper, TN; daughter, Deborah Renee Burch and son, Charles Ray Webb, II (Ashley). He is also survived by his Grandchildren, Caitlin Burch, Cody Burch (Megan) and Great Grandchildren, Natalie and Cole.
The family will receive friends at Friendship Primitive Baptist Church for visitation on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 10 am and the funeral service will begin at 11am.
