Christopher was a graduate of Godby High School, earned his Associates Degree from Tallahassee Community College, while continuing to further his education with only three classes shy of earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
Christopher led a rich and full life. He was a mover & shaker, never stopping or slowing down. Christopher lived his life his way and always said, “I’ll always ask for forgiveness before I ask permission.” Determined to always make people laugh, being the life of the party, but most of all he loved his two beautiful girls and family.
Christopher loved planning activities to keep Hailey and Ivy entertained whether it was working out, riding bikes, swimming, pretty much anything outside they enjoyed together. Christopher loved spending his summer days at St. George Island, earning that dollar anyway he could and finishing off each week with his Sunday brunches with Ashley and dear friends.
Christopher is survived by his mother, Shannon Craven Campbell; father, Kenneth Blankenship (Stepmom Beverly); daughters, Hailey Rene’ and Ivy Marie Blankenship; (Ex-Wife Allie Blankenship); Sister, Heather Brown; and niece, Amyiah Jade, boyfriend Ashely Blue; grandmothers, Ellen West, Carolyn Blankenship; Aunts, Schelly, Brooke and Brandon; uncles, Bobby and Tim Blankenship; stepbrothers, Justin Causey (wife Stacie), Todd Campbell, Jr (June Bug); stepsisters, Bonnie Godwin (Derek), and Rebecca Thomas. Christopher leaves behind such a large family of aunts, uncles, great aunts, and great uncles, not to mention a long list of cousins. Christopher also leaves behind many friends that were true and dear to him, not to mention the Tribe he knows will love and watch over his girls. Christopher is proceeded in death by his grandfathers, Ronnie Craven (Papa Ronnie) and Jim Blankenship; Grandmother, Mary Blankenship; great-grand parents, James A and Myrtice Craven.
A special thank you to Christopher’s employer Keller Williams Realty for their support during his time of employment and especially after his passing.
