A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 2, at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home-Riggins Road Chapel.
E.L. was born in Bainbridge, Ga., and was a longtime resident of Tallahassee. E.L. was the owner and operator of E.L. Marks Roofing Company. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He is survived by one son Larry (Cyndie) Marks, one daughter, Rebecca Marks Bass, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Tallahassee, FL.
