Herman Wolfe Smith, 86, passed away on Saturday September 13, 2014 in Tallahassee, Florida. He was born on November 2, 1927 in Palmetto, Florida to James Smith and Vashti Pararo Smith. He served in the infantry during World War II. In 1951 he married Frances Revell. Herman was retired from the telephone industry. Herman is survived by Frances, his wife of 62 years, daughter Denise, son Rod (Linda), son Alan, two grandsons Travis Pichard (Kim) and Stephen Smith (Jen), and four great-grand daughters. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Culley’s MeadowWood, with a graveside service on Tuesday September 16 at 11:00. Memorial donations may be made in his name to a charity of your choice.
