Joan was a longtime member of Christian Heritage and Receptionist there from 1981 - 1999 when her health began to fail.
She leaves to cherish her sweet memories her husband, Nelson Walters, and children Eddie (Ruthie) and Sharon Walters all of Tallahassee.
Funeral Services will take place on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 3:00PM with visitation one hour prior both at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery.
