He is preceded in death by his father, John Albert Stroman; and is survived by his mother, Vivian E. Stroman; sister, Crystal Stroman Stallings; his son, John David Keller; and other family members.
David served in the United States Air Force and was always proud of his time in the military. Following his military service, he became a computer programmer and worked both in the United States and Jamaica. In later years he drove an 18-wheeler cross country. He enjoyed all motorcycles, cars, and trucks and possessed a real talent for taking them apart and putting them back together, even as a small child. He especially enjoyed the time he spent restoring old Volkswagens with his dad.
A graveside service will be held at the Tallahassee National Cemetery on Friday, August 4, 2023. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida.
