June Marie Beadle, 90, of Tallahassee, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026 surrounded by loved ones. She was born on January 21, 1936 in Yoakum, Texas, and graduated from Jefferson Davis High School in Houston, Texas, where she was recognized as an exceptionally talented majorette. June married Marion D. Beadle on August 2nd, 1955 and travelled the country as the wife of an Air Force Colonel until his death in 1975.
June lived a life filled with kindness, laughter, and unwavering love for family and friends, and was known for her warm smile, generous spirit, and ability to make everyone feel at home. She had a passion for shopping for artisan woodwork, candles, silk and dried flowers, as well as sewing and crafts, and made her home a beautiful and welcoming place for all who stepped through the doors. In spite of her busy life, June was one of the most organized people on the planet, never failing to remember what was going on in everyone else’s life and asking about their wellbeing. June never missed sending birthday and holiday cards, and every year at Christmas she created personalized gifts for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren which they will treasure forever. June will be best remembered, however, for the giant bag of M&M’s she kept in her purse and dispensed to everyone around her after every meal!
June is survived by her partner and best friend of almost 50 years, David Williamson, who together taught everyone around them how to keep a romance alive by demonstrating their unconditional love to each other every single day. For nearly 50 years they never stopped teasing each other, laughing together, and kissing and cuddling – and showed their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren the importance of honesty, kindness, and personal responsibility through their actions.
June is also survived by her daughter, Karen Clark (Bruce) and her son, Darryl Beadle (Patricia); her grandchildren, Jessie Bellflower, Courtney Cooper (Michael) and Kyle Beadle (Katelyn); her great grandchildren, J.D. Bellflower, Jaxton Bellflower, Olivia Beadle, Cameron Beadle, Gavin McDarby, Beckett McDarby, Callen McDarby, Sophia Cooper, and Cole Cooper; and her nieces, Harlien Johnson and Lee Ann Jacobs (Eldon). June is also survived by David’s son, Dave Williamson (Leitta); his grandchildren, Danny Williamson (Brittanie) and Suzanne Mock (Alan); and his great grandchildren, Brooks Williamson and Stetson Mock.
In keeping with her wishes, no formal services will be held.
"Those we love don’t go away; they walk beside us every day."
