Lee Alan Kaczorowski

Lee is survived by his father, Paul, his mother, Rennie, and his two brothers Aaron and Michael.

Lee was born on February 6, 1968 in Rockledge, Florida. His family moved to Tallahassee in 1971 where he attended Trinity Catholic School. He then graduated from Rickards High School in 1986. He then went on to Florida State University where he received a degree in Art Education.

Lee’s first love was the drums and he played in several rock bands throughout the years. In college he fell in love with painting. He has created thousands of paintings and several murals including a famous mural seen on Tennessee Street at the Gumby’s Pizza which used to be across from Bullwinkle’s. He also tutored dozens of children on the basics of painting which was another joy in his life. He led a colorful and free-spirited life and will be sorely missed.

The funeral is scheduled for 2:30pm on Saturday, October 29th at Blessed Sacrament Church (Miccosukee Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308). A reception and celebration of Lee’s life will follow at the Kaczorowski house (2015 Old Fort Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32301).
