Lillian Margaret Hurley

Lillian Margaret Hurley, 82, of Tallahassee went to be with the Lord on April 26th after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Bronx, NY in 1932. A native of CT, she spent the last 30 years in Tallahassee, FL. She worked at Talla-Com Industries for over 20 yrs before retiring. Her passions in life were her family, friends, Seminole sports, summers with friends in Panama City Beach, and her beloved dog Daisy.

Lillian is preceded in death by her parents: Elli & Fridolf Blomster, siblings: Norma & Fred, and son-in-law: William Sabatelli.

She is survived by her husband of over 65 years: Robert; her sister Eleanor Bocuzzo of CT; her five daughters: Kathy Sabatelli, Barbara (Kevin) Shanaghan of Tallahassee; Pat (Richard) Griest of Lake City, FL, JoAnn (Lucien) LaRiviere, Maureen (Hugh) Peters of CT; her ten grandchildren: Erin (Jon) Gardner, Jenny Sabatelli, Chris Sabatelli, David (Catie) Shanaghan, Matt (Morgan) Shanaghan of Tallahassee, FL, Robert (Crystal) LaRiviere, Shannon LaRiviere, Ryan LaRiviere, Caitlynn (Wayne) Remlin, Sarah Peters of CT; five great-grandchildren: Bailey, Hurley, Miles, Maeghan, Alexa & soon to arrive: Ellie.

Several nieces and nephews and many close friends also survive her.
