Norman Skilling, age 54, of Tallahassee, Florida passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023.
A visitation for Norman will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, 1737 Riggins Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32308, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 PM.
