Richard W. Carter, 61 of Tallahassee passed away after a lengthy illness on January 10, 2016. He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Lynn Carter and son, Richard Warren II Carter(Susan). Brother; Steven Carter( Phyllis Thomson) ; and Sister , Karen Hanson ( Bob ) . Grandchildren; Natalie, Noah, Alyssa, Stephan, Kai Li, and An Ji. A visitation will be held from 11-12PM on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home with a celebration of life to begin at 12:00PM. A reception will also be held following the services in the MeadowWood Room.
