He was born in Wenatchee, WA on December 15, 1939. He received a degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
He was married to Carolyn Baker.
Bob had a career in Defense. He was a retired Lt. Colonel in the United States Army and he retired from General Dynamics.
Bob was a member of MOAA and he had a passion for traveling and golfing.
In addition to his loving wife, Carolyn, Bob is survived by his children, Randal and Jordan Baker; grandchildren, Randall Baker and Kendall Baker; his bonus daughter, Crystal Broome.
